Cause:
If you’re coffee tastes weak, check that the coffee strength selected is the one you desire. However, if the coffee strength is correct yet you’re still receiving weak coffee, it could be because ground coffee is jammed in the coffee drawer.
Solution:
If your coffee strength has been selected as weak, simply raise the strength of the coffee. You can follow our guide to drink adjustments here.
To remove any coffee jammed in the drawer, remove the ground coffee drawer and give a thorough clean and dry.
